I give ample opportunity to talk about what is happening in your wider experience before working directly with the body. In most cases you will be lying down comfortably, usually on your back and always fully clothed. Contrary to how it sounds from the name, contact may be taken on any area of the body and is not limited to the cranium (head) or sacrum (at the base of the spine). You are invited at all times to give feedback and share how you are finding the experience, if appropriate.
We may talk as I work or we may remain quiet. However, in many cases I find it useful to bring your own awareness into the picture so that you can begin to process the content of what may be restricting your health and it's expression.
